Please note – we only rent out as an exclusive occupancy – guests have sole use of the property and most importantly, the swimming pool. Also note that we do not let La Maison by itself, but only in conjunction with La Grange if more accommodation is needed
2026 Season Dates:
Low season: 4/4- 19/6 and 5/9 -31/10
High season: 20/6 – 4/9
La Grange – 7 people (3 bedrooms)
High Season – £1,000 for 1 week; £1,800 for 2 weeks
Low Season – £800 per week; £1,500 for 2 weeks
La Maison + La Grange (up to 11 persons in 5 bedrooms)
High Season – £1,400 for 1 week; £2,400 for 2 weeks
Low Season – £1,100 for 1 week; £2,000 for 2 weeks
CONDITIONS
Payment means that you confirm that you accept following terms and conditions:
| 1. RESERVATIONS 1.1. Reservations are only binding upon receipt 50% of the total amount due for your rental. This payment must be made within two weeks after making your reservation. 1.2. The rest of the rental must be paid six weeks before arrival. If you make a reservation less than 6 weeks in advance, the amount of rent must be paid in full before arrival. 1.3. The terms of cancellation will apply to the amounts already paid in advance and will not be reimbursed (see under 2.2) |
| 2. TERMS OF CANCELLATION 2.1. Cancellations must be done in writing and must be emailed to us and confirmed back to you. 2.2. For cancellations up to six weeks before the date of arrival we will charge you 50% of the total amount. 2.3. For cancellations less than six weeks before the date of arrival we will charge you the full amount. |
| 3. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OCCUPANTS AND DEPOSIT 3.1. During your stay you are fully liable for the house rented, including furnishing / equipment and all the items that belong to the house. Damage caused by the occupants, guests or fellow travelers, must be paid immediately and in full to the proprietor. 3.2. We ask a security deposit of € 300 for each gîte payable with the remainder of the rent. We will refund you by bank within two weeks after your departure once our cleaners have confirmed the condition the property has been left in. |
| 4. RESPONSIBILITY 4.1 We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury, of any kind (including the swimming pool), caused to or by tenants of the gîte(s). |
| 5. MAXIMUM OCCUPATION, PETS 5.1 You have to respect the maximum capacity of ‘La Maison’ (4) or ‘La Grange (7). If you exceed the maximum occupancy the contract will be considered void and you will be refused entry to the house. 5.2 Pets may be allowed in following consultation with us. |
